Founded in 1998, ULI Colorado is a statewide organization with close to 1,000 members that has an excellent reputation for organizing and sponsoring educational programs, sessions, advisory panels, and tours, especially on smart growth topics. We have an active Young Leaders group, with membership doubling over the last year. Our membership and our community includes  Colorado’s leading property owners, investors, advisers, developers, architects, lawyers, lenders, elected officials, agency staff, planners, regulators, contractors, engineers, university professors, librarians, students and interns. ULI Colorado is headquartered in downtown Denver and staffed by Michael Leccese, Executive Director, Kacey Wilkins, Director, and David Plakorus, Intern.

ULI–the Urban Land Institute is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, the institute now has more than 34,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service. As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates the open exchange of ideas, information and experience among local, national and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places.
