About ULI ColoradoFounded in 1998, ULI Colorado is a statewide organization with 900 members that has an excellent reputation for organizing and sponsoring educational programs, sessions, advisory panels, and tours, especially on smart growth topics. We have an active Young Leaders group and our membership and community includes Colorado’s leading property owners, investors, advisers, developers, architects, lawyers, lenders, elected officials, agency staff, planners, regulators, contractors, engineers, university professors, librarians, students and interns. ULI Colorado is headquartered in downtown Denver and staffed by Michael Leccese, Executive Director, Kacey Wilkins, Director, and Cindy Christensen, Community Outreach Associate. Chris Achenbach, Zocalo Community Development, is current Chair and Ismael Guerrero, Denver Housing Authority is current Vice Chair.
About ULIULI–the Urban Land Institute is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. Founded in 1936, the institute now has approximately 30,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service.
