NEW Educational Program! Development 360.

About the program: Development 360 is an educational program for ULI Colorado Young Leaders, and graduating Young Leaders, that aims to educate participants through in depth, project- specific information, about the overall development process. You must be a current member and 35 or younger to participate. Accepted participants will attend six sessions over three months, and will explore a recently completed project as a case study.  Sessions include a planned curriculum and feature guest speakers from different phases of the project, facilitated and taught by the project’s developer. This program is a “next level” … Read More

In case you missed it… On Thursday, February 25th a panel of experts assembled from around the country to give a community presentation regarding their recommendations on next steps for West Colfax. The recommendations were compiled over three days of tours, interviews, and group study/discussion sessions. This 4-day workshop was facilitated by the Rose Center for Public Leadership in Land Use—a joint program of ULI and the National League of cities. 2015 REDI Program Annual Report

REDI, 2015 in Review: As we get started on our 8th REDI program year in 2016, we want to present our 2015 final report. Some highlights from the 2015 REDI program year: 1.
