Today’s inner-ring suburbs are shifting from auto-centric bedroom communities to places that complement tastes for urban living, transit, and walkable convenience. Come learn about projects that exemplify these ULI best practices.

Hear a keynote from Stockton Williams, Executive Director of the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing, for an overview of national and local trends in shifting suburbs. Then, developers and city officials will discuss how they work together to create catalytic projects.
