Nevada Avenue is the epicenter of redevelopment in Colorado Springs and a case study in how different approaches bring new projects. Come and see how these approaches are playing out along the North Nevada and South Nevada corridors.
You’ll see up close how the local real estate community is investing in new community spaces, food and entertainment startups, retail centers, and academic institutions. We’ll begin by hearing from local experts about how the successes and challenges they face as they work to realize the great potential of Nevada Avenue, and finish with a tour of Ivywild School from Mike Bristol, founder of Bristol Brewing Company.
