FAQs
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
You cannot transfer a membership from one person to another. Memberships are owned by the individual, not the firm, unless it your firm is a corporate member/ has a corporate account. If you are a corporate partner, you will have an account manager out of the national office and the local staff will not be able to assist with that transfer. Please email [email protected] if you need assistance with this.
I want to get more involved with ULI. Where do I start?
The best way to get involved is to become a member and to attend our educational programs and networking events. If you are looking to dive deeper, please refer to our get involved page or contact one of our committee chairs for more information. You can also contact a ULI Colorado staff member to discuss which committee might be the best fit for you.
Is there a refund policy?
ULI refund policy is full refund or credit 48 hours from event, depending on the event. Email [email protected] if you would like a refund.

My company is a ULI Colorado annual local sponsor. What events can I attend and how many free passes does my company have?
The number of tickets a company receives depends on their level of sponsorship. Please see our sponsorship page to determine what level your company is and take a look at our sponsorship brochure to determine how many tickets you may receive. If tickets are available, please reach out to [email protected] in ordered to be registered.
What are the differences between an individual membership vs. a corporate membership?
Corporate Memberships are owned by your company, but this not economical if your company has less than 10 people and is only in one region. Corporate Membership pricing is confirmed and managed by ULI Headquarters and is under our local control as a district council. Individual Memberships belong to the individual, not the company, but it shows an investment in your employees. To increase involvement we suggest pairing individual memberships with local sponsorship (annual or event-based). Specific annual sponsorship levels will give you additional memberships based on your needs.
