Blue Dot Place featured in ULI Case Study

Blue Dot Place, Impact Award finalist, featured in Urban Land Institute Case Study

Blue Dot Place, the first multi-unit residential building constructed in downtown Colorado Springs since 1960, was recently featured in a ULI case study on Active Transportation, exploring the interconnections among walking, bicycling, and real estate development. The Active Transportation project is being undertaken as part of the Building Healthy Places Initiative, which develops resources that are widely distributed among ULI member and partner networks.
