In addition, ULI Colorado continues to make progress on our new Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Action Plan. Chaired by Mark Marshall of Rocky Mountain Communities and Amirah Shahid of HDR, our DEI Committee is working to engage diverse youth in mentorship programs like the ACE Mentorship Program, expand our ground-breaking Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI), and host DEI-related programs.
