About the 2024 program:
The 2024 Development 360 program will be taught by Jeff Shanahan, Founder and CEO of Shanahan Development. The course will focus on Jeff’s newest developments: two affordable condo projects in Five Points, The Burrell and The Hattie on Welton.
About Jeff Shanahan:
Jeff Shanahan graduated from Ferris State University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Shortly after graduating from college, Jeff moved to Denver and began working for M.E. As a project manager, Jeff was successful in managing ground–up construction projects ranging from multi-family developments to state-of-the-art high school facilities.
In 2009, Jeff Shanahan left M.E. Group to focus on Real Estate development. Since then, Shanahan Development has entitled nearly $260M worth of multifamily, hospitality, retail, and public transit projects, which are either under construction or completed.
