Andrew “Andy” Warren keeps the pulse on all aspects of real estate, including space market fundamentals, capital market trends, regulatory changes and operational developments. For the past three years, Andy has co-authored the U.S. and Canadian editions of Emerging Trends in Real Estate. Andrew is a leading national speaker on issues affecting the real estate market and has also authored numerous articles for clients and national real estate publications. Previously Andy served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Research for Principal Global Investors, the fourth largest institutional real estate manager in the U.S.

Mike is a Principal and Policy Advisor at the international law firm of Squire Patton Boggs where he represents corporate clients before all levels of government on business development, networking, and issues management. Mike also works with public sector clients, including local governments and transportation agencies, on matters involving the federal government.

Mike was the CEO for the 2008 Denver Convention Host Committee that successfully hosted the Democratic Convention.  Mike is also political campaign expert, having been a top executive or advisor in local, state, and national campaigns. In 2003, he was the campaign chair for Denver’s mayor, John Hickenlooper. Mike was a senior aide to former Denver Mayor Wellington Webb where he managed intergovernmental and political affairs. Mike also provides political commentary for CBS4 and KOA.
