Come meet Amy Cara, Development Partner of the Denver office of East West Partners and Chair of ULI Colorado!


Amy is the partner at East West Partners in charge of the reinvigoration of the Landmark.  She manages the teams in charge of the sales and marketing of units, retail leasing, construction of the remaining unfinished units and repairs of construction defects as well as completion of entitlements.

Prior to this role, Amy oversaw financial and land use matters for East West Partners in Denver, including procurement, entitlement, development planning, financing, sales and leasing.  She was part of the management team for the Riverfront Park development from the ground up, and was actively engaged in Denver’s Union Station redevelopment, including the master planning and the completion of the first office building, One Union Station.  Before East West Partners, Amy was an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP.  She is active in the arts community and in advocating for underserved youth, particularly at PlatteForum, where she was recently Chair of the board of directors. She is also the Chair of The Bike Hub, a not-for-profit engaged in the formation and construction of Denver’s first bicycle commuter station.
