Opportunity Forum: Investment Along the High Line Canal

ULI Colorado, in partnership with the High Line Canal Conservancy, and funding from the Colorado Health Foundation and the Urban Land Institute’s Building Healthy Places Initiative, offers a one day “Opportunity Forum” to identify challenges and opportunities, as well as better ways to work together, to advance sustainable development and health equity along the High Line Canal. Developers will learn aboutopportunities to redevelop sites in the study area. The forum will engage stakeholders, developers, community members, and ULI members to promote and advance access to the High Line Canal, spur smart investment, and integrate Building Healthy Places principles into development along the canal.

Following the Opportunity Forum, ULI Colorado will create a summary of findingsand publish a “Development Toolbox” on best practices, methods, and tools for development along natural resources like waterways and greenways. The report will include specific recommendations for development along the High Line Canal.

When you register, you will also be able to register for the optional Opportunity Sites Tour of the High Line Canal, which will precede the forum, going from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. This will be your only chance to register for the tour.
