Come get a first-hand look at one of downtown Denver’s most eagerly anticipated projects, McGregor Square. Located in the heart of LoDo between Coors Field and Union Station. Slated to open in 2021, McGregor Square will encompass 655,000 square feet of residential and commercial space, creating a vibrant, year-round complement to Coors Field. Three separate buildings will surround a 29,000 square foot open content plaza, with the buildings housing 112 private residences, a 176-room hotel, restaurants, retail stores, commercial office space and multiple entertainment spaces.
The tour will be followed by a happy hour (open to members and non-members). Tour registrants will automatically be registered for the happy hour, and will receive a drink ticket with registration. There will be a separate registration page for those looking to attend just the happy hour.
