Learn more about Priscilla:

Priscilla Negreanu is the Founder and CEO of Pristine Strategic Partners (PSP), a business development and client representation firm for mid-market leaders shaping the built environment. Her work focuses on building profitable relationships that move complex projects forward.
Since founding the firm in 2017, Priscilla has driven over nine figures in business opportunities by sourcing and structuring partnerships, advancing deal flow, and representing clients on the ground and in the room where decisions are made. She engages directly with developers, investors, civic partners, AEC firms, and business leaders to secure access, advance conversations, and move opportunities from early dialogue to sustained revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Priscilla operates as an extension of her clients, leading disciplined follow-up and early positioning while they lead execution. Her work sits at the intersection of private development and public process, where credibility, consistency, and timing determine long-term success.
Prior to founding Pristine Strategic Partners, Priscilla was a top-performing sales executive for two Fortune 500 companies, including Comcast Spotlight and Tribune Media, where she sold and managed multimillion-dollar deals across private enterprise, public entities, and public-private partnerships tied to the built environment.
When she is not scaling companies, Priscilla is scaling some of the tallest peaks around the world, including her latest trek to Mount Everest Base Camp.
She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serves on the NAIOP Public Policy Committee, and is a recipient of the ASID Industry Star Award.
