ULI Colorado: DeTour York Street Yards & Happy Hour
ULI Colorado Young Leaders Group presents a Detour of York Street Yards followed by a Happy Hour. This event is hosted by the YLG group of ULI Colorado but open to everyone!
York Street Yards is an adaptive reuse campus with unique and customizable workspaces. With office suites ranging from 2,500 to 20,000+ SF, tenants find the flexibility to support their business needs. We advocate for our tenants and neighbors to diligently seed a thriving ecosystem.
Onsite property management coordinates monthly retail markets, tenant discounts, outdoor movies, pop-up libraries, yoga in the park, run/bike groups and pet playdates. Allowing the neighborhood community and each tenant to engage in the style and at the pace that best meet their needs.
