ULI Colorado - Info Session on Volunteering with Impact East Colfax Steering Committees
Are you deeply familiar with one or more East Colfax neighborhoods? Do you have experience in urban planning, real estate, affordable housing, or construction? Could you represent the interests of communities affected by redevelopment on East Colfax? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, you might be interested in serving on a Steering Committee for Impact East Colfax! This webinar will offer the opportunity to learn more about what it means to serve on a Steering Committee for Impact East Colfax and how to apply.
Impact East Colfax is a collaboration between Urban Land Conservancy (ULC) and The Fax Partnership (The Fax), developed to preserve the existing communities along the corridor by building equitable, affordable commercial and residential developments on the East Colfax corridor. To advance the vision, provide direction, and oversee construction of the projects, the collaborative is assembling two community focused Steering Committees (one for Denver and one for Aurora).
The deadline to apply to be a volunteer steering committee member is April 30, 2021. Visit www.urbanlandc.org/community-updates for details about Impact East Colfax and to apply for one of the Steering Committees.
