Sarah Cullen is the Founder and President of SideCar Public Relations, a full-service communications firm specializing in commercial real estate, community building and placemaking. Sarah serves on the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Urban Exploration and ¡Viva! Streets Steering Committees; is an incoming mentor for the Urban Land Institute’s Partnership Forum program; and is a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors’ (DMCAR) Investor group. Prior to founding SideCar PR, Sarah an associate at JohnstonWells Public Relations, working on accounts in the real estate, nonprofit, telecommunications, retail and healthcare industries. Sarah graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in speech communication and a concentration in media relations. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, skiing, hiking with their family dogs, fly fishing or trail rides with her horse.

Burgess Services, Inc. is a Denver, Colorado second generation 48-year-old construction firm. Denise’s current projects include being part of the City of Denver management team for the $225 million Colorado Convention Center Expansion and just awarded the Denver International Airport Baggage Handling System with PCL Construction. She became the first African American Board Chair on the 150th anniversary of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce in September 2017. She has been listed in the Top 25 Most Powerful Women by the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Network Journal’s Top 25 Most Influential Black Women in Business in the U.S., and a Colorado Black Business Hall of Fame Inductee.

Kevin is the Chief Development Officer at Forum Investment Group with more than 25 years of experience, overseeing the Development and Investment Management groups, leading them to identify new investment opportunities and to help expand the company’s development footprint. Prior to joining Forum, Kevin was a Development Director with Continuum Partners where he managed entitlements, land acquisition and disposition, and ground-up development of many of the company’s award-winning retail, hospitality, residential and commercial projects. He began his career working as an engineer and project manager at Swinerton Builders from 1996 to 2001. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado – Boulder and an MBA from the University of Colorado – Denver. He is a triathlete and enjoys skiing, hiking, and biking with his family in his native state’s beautiful outdoors. Kevin lives in Denver with his wife, C, and their two sons.

Adam Fenton is the Founder and Partner of Narrate Companies. Narrate is a Denver-based firm specializing in the investment and development of urban-infill multifamily and mixed-use real estate in major metropolitan markets throughout the Western U.S. Adam leads all strategic direction and growth initiatives for Narrate. In addition, he’s responsible for sourcing all new investment opportunities and securing both debt and equity for all Narrate’s projects. Adam brings 16 years of experience in direct equity real estate investment and development, having developed over 1,500 units, valued at nearly $900 million.
