    Pat McHenry

    City Street Investors

    Pat is one of the founders and principals of City Street Investors and has been involved in place-making and in-fill real estate project through-out Colorado for 30 years. As a principal, Pat and her partners have been investing in Denver area neighborhoods for two decades with properties in the Highlands, LOHI, Congress Park, Cherry Creek, North Country Club, South Broadway, Monclair, Lowry, etc. Their projects have won awards from Historic Denver, Denver’s Mayor’s Design Awards, Downtown Denver Partnership, Westword, and 5280 Magazine. While their collection of investments emphasizes retail, it also includes office in conjunction with mixed-use properties, multi-family residential, self-storage, hotel and numerous restaurant investments. Their place-making projects include the renovation of the historic Union Station where Pat and her partners curated a strictly Colorado based line-up of amazing retailers and restaurateurs, and created five of the food and beverage venues, including the Terminal Bar and the Cooper Lounge. Pat was recently recognized in the Denver Business Journal’s Power Book for her accomplishments in retail. Pat sits on the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Denver Civic Ventures Board and Retail Council and was a member of the Denver Retail Advisory Council which established the Denver’s 3 year plan for retail.Prior to City Streets Investors and Larimer Associates, Pat was a Senior Vice President with Catellus in charge of retail strategy and implementation for Catellus’ retail developments across the country. Pat’s experience also includes 20 years of retail brokerage with Trammell Crow Company and CB Richard Ellis.

    Kim Duty

    National Multifamily Housing Council

    Kimberly Duty is Senior Vice President of Public Affairs and Industry Initiatives for the National Multifamily Housing Council. She has lead responsibility for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategic communications program for the Council and for directing the association’s industry technology initiative. She oversees and directs three broad initiatives: NMHC's member information/content strategy, including digital/web communications; public affairs and public relations; and special industry initiatives, most importantly the association’s work to create an ecosystem that encourages industry innovation in areas such as PropTech, FinTech and ConstructionTech. Prior to joining NMHC, Kim served as Assistant Director of the National Association of Home Builders' Multifamily Council where she managed the Council's legislative and regulatory issues and directed the group's communications and public relations program. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Phi Beta Kappa) in International Relations from The College of William & Mary. Following graduation, she spent 18 months in Berlin, Germany working at the Berlin Public Affairs Office during the fall of the Berlin wall. Kim also holds a Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), including serving as a past president of the Denver CREW chapter.

    John Jugl

    Vice Chairman, Newmark

    John Jugl is vice chairman of the Western Region of Newmark Knight Frank, and serves as a regional lead for the Denver office's institutional investment sales platform. An integral part of Newmark Knight Frank's Western Region, which has grown to more than 75 professionals, Mr. Jugl leads a team of five support specialists focused on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties on behalf of clients throughout the western United States. With over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry, Mr. Jugl has completed more than 24 million square feet of investment sales transactions valued at more than $4.5 billion and has provided strategic advisory services on more than 20 million square feet of corporate real estate assets. Since the start of his real estate career, Mr. Jugl has participated in the sale of numerous iconic Denver assets for clients including Behringer Harvard, Bentall Kennedy, Clarion Partners, Hines, Invesco Real Estate, JP Morgan, LBA Realty, The Opus Group, TIAA-CREF and UBS Realty Investors. Past assignments have included multi-tenant and net-lease investment sales, vacant asset dispositions, corporate asset acquisitions, sale leasebacks and built-to-suits, as well as complex recapitalizations and equity raises. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank in 2016, Mr. Jugl was the co-leader of HFF's Denver office sales platform, primarily responsible for office, industrial and retail investment sales throughout the western United States. He was also co-leader of Jones Lang LaSalle's Denver investment sales team, closing more than $900 million in transactions throughout a two-year period. His previous experience also includes positions with Liberty-Greenfield LLLP and George K. Baum & Co.

    Kevin McCabe

    Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director Kevin McCabe is a market leader for Newmark Knight Frank’s U.S. Central Region, comprising nearly 40 offices, and leads brokerage operations for all service lines. Additionally, Mr. McCabe has organizational oversight of NKF’s offices in all major markets across Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. McCabe manages revenue growth, profitability, client relations, fiduciary governance, strategic planning, top industry recruitment and business development and has oversight of more than 500 brokers. Mr. McCabe provides counsel on national corporate initiatives and is instrumental in strategizing and executing expanding markets. A 30-year commercial real estate veteran, Mr. McCabe’s expertise includes finance, brokerage, project management and financial analysis. He brings a disciplined, decisive approach to aligning business strategies and directing collaborative environments that focuses solely on client requirements.

    Andrew Warren, Andy, currently serves as the PwC’s Director of Real Estate Research. As the Director of Real Estate Research, and is responsible for monitoring all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including space market fundamentals, capital market trends, regulatory changes and operational developments. For the past seven years, Andy has led PwC’s participation in the development and production of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication. Andy is a frequent speaker on issues affecting the real estate market and has also authored numerous articles for internal clients and national real estate publications. Andy also forecasts market performance for PwC’s “Real Estate Investor Survey”. Andy has over 30 years of experience in all aspect of commercial and residential real estate research. Andy has performed and managed real estate fundamental analysis and forecasting, portfolio construction, and buy/sell decisions for both debt and equity clients. Prior to assuming his current role, Andy served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Research for Principal Global Investors, a top 10 institutional real estate manager in the U.S. At Principal, Andy held a progressive level of analyst and management positions over his 25 year career and served as a voting and advisory member on a multiple real estate debt and equity investment funds. Andy has earned the CFA designation and is a Counselor of Real Estate. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute Research Forum as well as a participating member of ICSC, NCREIF, NAIOP, the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM institute.
