Say Hello to Confluence Fort Collins: A new place to live, work, and play in downtown Fort Collins, located at the heart of what was the namesake 1865 military fort.

After the soldiers departed, this area along the Poudre River became the crossroads of urbanism, agriculture, nature, and industry; hosting to mills, beet processing, grain elevators, railyards, bike trails, a new whitewater park, and breweries. Today, the neighborhood is being transformed into the mixed-use River District. Completed in early 2020, Confluence Fort Collins is a vibrant community of 26 light-filled condos and retail. The architecture respects the history of the River District with a material palette including weathering steel and concrete, wood, sandstone, and brick. Developed by Saunders Commercial Development and [space]foundry and designed by [au]workshop Architects + Urbanists. An adjacent corner plaza was developed by the City of Fort Collins and completed concurrently.
