Decarbonizing buildings is crucial for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and fighting climate change, as buildings account for a large share of energy use and carbon output. By transitioning to energy-efficient systems and renewable energy, buildings can lower operating costs, improve public health by reducing pollution, and comply with stricter environmental regulations. Decarbonization also enhances property value, creates jobs, and strengthens corporate responsibility, all while making buildings more resilient and sustainable for the future

Our community has the chance to do something better and differently and we can lead together to get to carbon neutrality. Brought to you by the Building Healthy Places Committee, join ULI Colorado at CSU Spur's Hydro Building Confluence Theater, for a discussion about decarbonization, aimed to assist building owners to comply with our region's NetZero regulations.
