Learn more about Anna Goodrich: Ms. Goodrich’s formidable career in real estate development encompasses projects in both the domestic and international arenas. As Global Executive, she was responsible for a multi-national development team throughout EMEA and SWA. Moreover, she was responsible for the executive oversight of iconic projects with individual values exceeding $2 billion USD. In her current role in development advisory, Anna’s focus is concepting, origination, and execution of all phases of complex development projects.

She brings keen insights and experience aligning the stakeholder’s financial objectives with the creative and technical aspects of mixed-use, community development, multifamily, resort, and hospitality projects. Her experience and expertise are reflected in a portfolio of development projects that encompasses all product types located in urban, exurb, destination, and remote locations.

As an advisor engaged in various capacities, she relies on a fully integrated project approach. Ms. Goodrich’s expertise is the result of education and experience in architecture, interior design, construction, construction management and real estate finance. Her education in multiple facets of the development process has transpired over decades. Anna has served as the project sponsor overseeing all aspects of ground up developments for significant projects with a total value of $3B billion USD.
