Chad Brue has been in the commercial real estate industry for 17 years. After beginning his real estate career at Grubb & Ellis Company, Chad was recruited to CBRE - a Fortune 500 company and the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm – to form the company’s Colorado Private Capital Group (PCG). Chad expanded the group’s market share in Colorado from near zero to over 25% in just three years, personally transacting on over $1 billion of commercial real estate. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Managing Director of PCG nationally, overseeing 180 brokers in 21 markets. During his five-year tenure as the head of PCG, he expanded PCG’s reach into 54 markets across the US and Canada consisting of over 350 brokers and staff. At the peak, his team traded $6.2 billion in commercial real estate in a single year and generated over $100 million in annual revenue to the firm. In 2008, Chad was promoted to Senior Managing Director making him the youngest person at CBRE to hold that title worldwide. In 2011, Chad started Brue Capital Partners to acquire, develop and manage commercial real estate properties in Colorado. Since forming BCP, Chad has acquired or developed over $200 million in office, industrial, multi-family, and golf course communities. In 2015, Chad was asked to present at ULI's Spring Conference to the IOPC-Silver Council by invite of Chris Hartung (Lazard Asset Management), Seth Wolkov (Madison Companies) and Kevin Shannon (CBRE) and again at ULI's Fall Conference to the RDC-Gold Council by invite of Nicole Ament (Brownstein Hyatt Farber) and Gerry Engle (Meriwether Companies).

Eric is a senior managing director and co-head of the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and also serves on the firm’s Leadership Committee. Eric has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate and finance industry and specializes in originating debt and equity transactions throughout the United States. He has completed in excess of $20 billion in commercial real estate transactions during the course of his career. Eric started at HFF in January 2012. Before that, he was a vice chairman in the Denver office of CBRE Capital Markets, where he was the firm’s top Denver sales professional and the leader of the Denver Capital Markets Group. During his 15-year career with CBRE, he achieved many significant accomplishments, including being named the company's number one national producer in debt and equity finance in 2004 and receiving the Manager Innovation Award for Capital Markets in 2007. He was also a six-time Coldwell Colbert Circle Award recipient, which recognizes the top three percent of commissioned CB Richard Ellis salespeople worldwide, and a top 200 sales professional eight times. Prior to that, he was a credit analyst at Barnett Bank in Miami, Florida. Eric began his career in finance at PNC Mortgage as a Loan Officer.

Rebecca Stone, AIA, LEED BD+C Architect/Principal Rebecca Stone (Becky) has been with OZ Architecture since 1998, a 150-person design firm based in Denver, CO. She leads the company’s Resort/Hospitality practice, which is widely known and respected, having worked on nearly every prominent winter resort in the U.S. and many notable hotels and restaurants, including: Snowmass Base Village, Verasa Westin, Napa Valley, CA; Westin Monache Resort, Mammoth Lakes, CA; The Nickle and the renovation of the historic Hotel Teatro, Denver, CO; Industry, Denver, CO; Ranch & Conservancy, Kamas, UT; The Village at Winter Park, Frasier, CO; Punch Bowl Social Detroit, Schaumburg, Austin, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, and Denver; and the Village at Baytowne Wharf, Destin, FL. The hundreds of projects Becky has led and been involved with in the course of her career reflect her guiding principle — designing dynamic environments that enrich their communities and set the highest of standards. Her extensive experience has also given her a unique and inherent understanding of the best way to create a sense of place — whether in an urban setting, the mountains, or by the sea. Becky received a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University in 1993 and a Master of Architecture from Cornell University in 1995.
