    Whitney Gray

    Senior Vice President, International WELL Building Institute , WELL AP, WELL Faculty

    Standing at the nexus of public health research and the places and spaces where we spend our lives, Whitney Austin Gray has become one of the leading global voices for improving our buildings and communities in ways that help people thrive. As senior vice president at the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), she leads research that supports best practices in building design and operations, community development and organizational policies that can contribute to improved public health for everyone, everywhere. She led the development of the first WELL AP exam, WELL Faculty Program, and the first case studies focused on the efficacy of the WELL Building Standard, helping to launch more than 100 educational sessions related to WELL in 25+ countries. Her lectures, webcasts, trainings and published works have touched tens of thousands design and health professionals worldwide, building a strong infrastructure of support for those who work to advance better buildings, vibrant communities and stronger organizations. Prior to joining IWBI, Dr. Gray served as the health research and innovation director for Cannon Design, a global healthcare design firm, where she oversaw the company’s primary and secondary research, prototyping and innovation platforms. Before her tenure with Cannon Design, she led building science research at the MedStar Institute for Innovation. She holds dual appointments as an adjunct assistant professor at the Georgetown School of Nursing & Health Studies and the Department of Urban and Regional Planning. She is the co-founder of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Health in Buildings Roundtable and an Advisory Board member at the Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures. She received her Ph.D. and BA in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She was the first public health professional to become a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

    Gonzalo Escorial

    Global Key Account Manager, SGS

    Gonzalo Escorial has developed an engineering and HSE background. Studied Chemical Engineering at the University of Valladolid (1996-2001), developing his final thesis at DTU in Denmark. After that, took a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering and Management at EOI (Industrial Organization Business School, Madrid - Spain) in 2002-2003. Currently Gonzalo is member of the IChemE (Institution of Chemical Engineers). Gonzalo Escorial has a broad expertise as Project Manager and Project Director in Environmental and H&S Consulting, especially Environmental Risk Assessment, Occupational Health, and Industrial Hygiene Services, developing strategic assessment in these fields for a wide range of clients from oil and gas, chemical and automotive industry, to WWTP and others. Mr. Escorial has also participated in numerous projects involving administrative permits and other audit services, for large contracts and Key Accounts involving multiple countries and different cultures. Currently holds a Corporate Global Position at SGS, in order to develop and support H&S Services worldwide, and specially focused in GKAM roles for Key Customers especially in the Retail, Real Estate, and Travel & Hospitality Sectors.

    Caitlin McKenna

    Global Product Lead, Experience Services & Facility Management, JLL-Capital Markets

    Caitlin McKenna leads the Experience Services products within Corporate Solutions’ Workplace Management Product group. She is part of a global Product Management team that guides the development and management of contemporary offerings that blend human, digital and experiential elements to drive enhanced value from clients’ workplaces and portfolios. Caitlin’s extensive product management expertise and a deep understanding of the role that human experience plays in workforce satisfaction make her an ideal leader for Corporate Solutions’ facilities and experience-focused products. Caitlin came to JLL following ten years at Hilton Worldwide leading customer experience, product and innovation across a large and focused portfolio of service, full-service, and luxury brands. In her most recent role, she led Customer Experience and Product Innovation at Hilton, supporting 17 brands within the company’s portfolio. Caitlin oversaw product creation at the intersection of disciplines, such as technology, sustainability, wellness, food & beverage, and meetings. Her role supported the positioning of Hilton as a forward-thinking hospitality company, particularly through the development and operation of an Innovation Gallery and Innovation Labs. Caitlin also managed partnerships at a strategic level to ideate, develop and commercialize leading-edge solutions for the industry. Her early career included advisory and consultancy roles focused on operational and investment analytics to maximize individual hotel asset and portfolio value. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and additional certifications in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University. She studied Deaf Studies/American Sign Language at Gallaudet University, and is a guest lecturer and curriculum designer at Georgetown University, Cornell University and the University of Houston. Caitlin is an Advisory Board member for Ronald McDonald House New York and Cornell Institute for Healthy Futures, and lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two boys, ages three and six.

    Dr. Marie Puybaraud is the Global Head of Research for JLL Corporate Solutions and a globally-recognized thought leader on the Future of Work and Human Experience with a significant track record of research on Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management and Workplace industry futures, workplace innovation, technologies, and generational issues at work. Marie leads the Global Research program for JLL Corporate Solutions since 2015 with three regional research leaders and a team of researchers. Her latest research focuses on the future of work, human experience, workplace trends, flex-space, metrics and human performance. Marie and her team present the global research findings to more than 300 corporate clients every year, actively participating to consulting and sales activities. She facilitates executive discussions with the members of the Client Advisory Board of JLL (45 major Global CRE Directors) four times per year and lead the track of global research on emerging topics (future of work, human experience, human performance, responsible real estate, outsourcing, CRE skills, performance models, human experience...). Her recent projects contributed to set the vision of JLL Corporate Solutions and supported the transformation strategy around the Future of Work.
