    The Leadership Connection Series is a program offered through ULI Colorado’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) and provides opportunities for leading women in business to candidly share their career story, lessons learned and advice for future women leaders. We invite you to join us for this virtual event featuring a conversation with Nancy Tuor, who will embark on candid conversation regarding her personal and professional journey and what she has learned from first-hand experience.

    About Nancy Tuor:

    Nancy Tuor is a seasoned engineering executive with more than 40 years in the industry, including 33 years at CH2M Hill where she held a variety of project and executives positions.  She served as vice chair of the Board of Directors at CH2M.  She was also president of the Federal Client Group, which included the environmental, nuclear, and government facilities business units and accounted for one-third of the company’s revenues.  With the joint venture of Kaiser-Hill, she held a variety of executive positions during the 10-year accelerated closure of the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons production facility, including COO and CEO.  For her activities at Rocky Flats, she was named a top 25 Newsmaker of the Year in 2006 by Engineering News Record magazine.  She also served as program manager for the development of the MASDAR sustainable new town in the United Arab Emirates.

    By qualification Nancy is an economist and environmental planner, and a recognized leader in the field of program management and environmental sustainability. She currently serves on five Boards of Directors, covering both private sector and civic organizations.  Her corporate boards include Keller, PLC the worlds largest ground engineering specialist headquartered in London with operations around the world; IMA Financial Services, an employee owned insurance and financial services firm, headquartered in Denver; and Terracon, an employee owned geotechnical and environmental services firm, headquartered in Olathe, Kansas.  Her civic boards include chairing the Board of Governors for Colorado State University and the board of National Western Stock Show.
