TAPping into our Future: Rivers, and Corridors, and District Developments--oh my!

We welcome you to join ULI Colorado to explore the future of Denver's rivers, corridors, and districts in the southwest area of downtown. At the start of the tour, we will learn about the Ball Arena Redevelopment and then journey along the South Platte River and Speer Boulevard to learn about the recent ULI advisory reports outlining the development potential of these areas. After the walking tour, we will commence with a networking reception to connect with fellow ULI members and discuss the bright future of Denver. This event will take place, rain or shine!

Locations: Ball Arena1000 Chopper Cir. 80204 / Brooklyn's (Happy Hour)
Parking: Tundra Lot, free parking
Registration: Will take place at tables outside of the Tundra Lot at the Ball Arena. Please arrive on time.
Attire: Casual/Comfortable shoes for walking up to 2 miles
Rain Plan: Parking will still be in the Tundra Lot for free and presentations will be at Brooklyn's.
Learn more about ULI Local TAPs (Technical Advisory Panel): The Local ULI Technical Advisory Panels (TAPs) are composed of qualified and unbiased ULI Colorado members who volunteer their time and bring relevant expertise directly into communities to address complex real estate and land use challenges. In October 2021, the City and County of Denver and DRCOG sponsored the TAPS on revitalizing Denver's South Platte River Corridor. ULI National ASP (Advisory Service Panels) The Advisory Services program offers expertise and technical assistance for communities and organizations facing land use challenges. In July of 2022, a National ASP was performed on Speer Boulevard for the following sponsors: City and County of Denver, AHEC, CU Denver and the Downtown Denver Partnership. The final report will be published in the next few weeks.
