Denver Deals & Drinks is a welcoming pre-event series leading up to ULI Colorado’s annual signature Summer Party, happening August 21st at Belleview Station. Also designed to spotlight innovative projects that are shaping the built environment, this summer gathering brings together new, prospective, and long-time ULI Colorado members in a casual setting that fosters connection, collaboration, and curiosity. This is networking—redefined.

Featured Project: 16th Street & Urban Villages New Office Suites (SugarCube Building)
After years of planning, construction, and anticipation, Denver’s iconic 16th Street has been reimagined—and we’re celebrating its return in true ULI Colorado fashion. Join us for an exclusive walking tour and networking event that explores the vibrant transformation of what has long been considered the heart of Denver.

Once known as the 16th Street Mall, the corridor has been revitalized with pedestrian-first design, new paver technology, and community-centered spaces. This event offers a first-hand look at how one of Denver’s most traveled thoroughfares is adapting for the next generation of urban life.

Led by project partners Ellipsis Construction/Urban Villages, PCL Construction, CIG, and Downtown Denver Partnership, the tour will highlight key updates, design elements, and the economic development opportunities this rebranding effort brings to the downtown core. After the tour, connect with fellow professionals over drinks during a happy hour at the recently opened Skyline Beer Garden.

Anticipated Schedule:

4:00–5:40 PM – Walking Tour of 16th Street
5:10-5:40 PM – Urban Villages New Office Suites
5:45–6:30 PM – Project Partner Final Remarks/ Happy Hour at Skyline Beer Garden
