Join Composition Shop, Downtown Longmont's independent community-based bookstore and ULI for an intimate conversation with Steve Nygren, Longmont native and founder of Serenbe—a pioneering master-planned community outside Atlanta that seamlessly integrates the arts, agriculture, health, play, and education into daily life. Through photos, stories, and discussion of Serenbe’s master plan, Steve will share his vision for creating communities rooted in connection, wellbeing, and sustainability. 

This “fireside chat” will be moderated by ULI Northern Colorado and hosted at The Times Collaborative in downtown Longmont. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase “Start in Your Own Back Yard” through Composition Shop, with a pre-sale ticket option available.
