EULI Colorado’s Impact Awards are based on the ULI Awards for Excellence, the most highly respected international program of land use awards.  As with the ULI awards for excellence, ULI Colorado recognizes projects that realize ULI best practices while also providing successful business and economic models.

The Impact Awards features real estate development project awards in 5 possible categories and individual awards in 2 categories. Project award categories return as (1) Innovation, (2) Infill, (3) Influence, (4) Inspire, and NEW in 2021, (5) the Inclusive Award! One individual will receive the Legacy Award for Lifetime Achievement; this award recognizes a seasoned professional with 20+ years of extraordinary achievements. And a Young Leader will receive the Rising Star Award, recognizing a ULI member under age 35 who has made a contribution “beyond their years.”
