    ULI Colorado presents the quarterly Detour of the 30 story Class-AA new construction new office building in the heart of Downtown Denver followed by a Happy Hour at their one of kind roof top amenity space. This event is hosted by the YLG Discovery Committee but is open to everyone! 

     If you haven't had a chance to see it yet, join us to explore 1900 Lawrence. This cutting edge project is a 30-story, 428-foot Trophy office tower in Denver’s vibrant LoDo and west downtown submarkets. With a striking skyline presence, the building offers 700,000 square feet of premium workspace across 24 floors, featuring ultra-efficient 30,000-square-foot floor plates, 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and parking for over 650 vehicles. The project completed construction and achieved occupancy approvals in September 2024.

    The building offers a workplace designed to blend indoor and outdoor environments seamlessly. Its stepped massing includes 11 private terraces, while every floor boasts breathtaking views of the Front Range, Coors Field, and Skyline Park. The 7th floor amenities feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, a golf simulator, versatile conference facilities, and a hospitality-inspired lounge. A connected 10,000-square-foot terrace with operable glass walls creates dynamic outdoor space, while Denver’s highest pickleball court and observation deck crowns the rooftop. The lobby and main entrance, spanning the entire 19th Street block, is a natural extension of Denver’s outdoor beauty and is highlighted by a dramatic full-height folded travertine wall.

    It is the first Denver office tower designed for and pre-certified as LEED, WELL, and WiredScore Platinum. Cutting-edge technologies include advanced mechanical systems with floor-by-floor fresh air, destination dispatch elevators, frictionless access controls, a 5G distributed antenna system, and high-performance exterior façades. The wellness-focused design incorporates enhanced air filtration, a professionally managed gym, group fitness classes, personal training options, and other health amenities.
