ULI Colorado: From Parking to Placemaking! Creating mixed-use neighborhoods around transit and venues

4 pm – 5:30 pm: Introduction to Entertainment Districts: Best Practices and National and Local Case Studies
6:40 pm: Rockies vs. Cardinals at Coors Field. Tickets are optional, with advance reservation during event registration.

Presentation begins at Steam on the Platte to discuss the district planning and redevelopment plans for the stadium area approved by city council in June. Tour includes a neighborhood walk and discussion as well as an overview of River Mile and Meow Wolf.
