Development 360°
Development 360 is a mentoring program for ULI Young Leaders (35 & under) that provides an in-depth case study of one of Denver’s most exciting real estate projects, facilitated by a prominent Denver developer. The program provides a detailed overview of a real estate project, from start to finish. Participants will also develop long-lasting professional relationships through close collaboration with other Denver real estate professionals.
About the 2023 program:
The 2023 Development 360 program will be taught by Anne Hayes, Partner at Westfield Company Inc. The course will focus on Westfield’s newest developments Stanley House and Stanley Market.
About Anne Hayes:
Anne is responsible for project management and budget oversight during the construction phase of core and shell and tenant finish projects. She manages all phases from bidding through build-out into the warranty period. She also specializes in energy and telecommunications infrastructure, LEED design and administration as well as transportation/transit-related issues. Anne joined Westfield in 1989 and has more than 30 years of industry experience. Anne serves as chair of the RiNo’s Keep RiNo Wild Board, the charitable arm of the RiNo Art District family of organizations. She is on the RiNo Art District Board/Executive Committee and the National Western Citizen Advisory Committee.
About Stanley House:
Stanley House is a multifamily development opportunity located in Aurora, Colorado, adjacent to Stanley Marketplace. Stanley House will be two 4-story buildings and include 168 Class A apartments with a boutique approach to amenities targeting the workforce housing demographic.

Development 360 Program Goals:
- In-depth and detailed sharing of best practices and pitfalls within the development process.
- Seed future understanding of fundamental development principles and practices that leads to better projects.
- Provide a collegial and non-competitive atmosphere to learn and grow within your respective fields.
- Expand professional network and build relationships with peers and senior real estate leaders.
Development 360 Participant Requirements:
- Participants must be ULI “Young leaders” (have a current membership and age 35 or under)
- Participants should commit to attending all sessions.
- Accepted applicants are required to submit the program fee upon invoice and before the first session date.
- Accepted applicants should keep their ULI Membership current for the duration of the program.
- Any proprietary information or industry secrets shared in this room shall not leave the room.
- Program participants should be prepared to spend time on sessions outside of class hours in the form of reading assignments or worksheets.
- The Development 360 program is participatory. With assistance from ULI staff, the Developer/ Facilitator, and the program planning committee, the group and its leadership plan content and activities at each scheduled session.
- Although this is an industry meeting among industry peers, it is educational. No overt marketing of a firm and its services is permitted. This is a place to build relationships, learn about the development process, and share best practices.

Applications for Fall 2023 are now closed. Development 360 Applications will Re-open in Fall 2024.

Please note that non-members are still eligible to apply, though upon acceptance they will be required to join. If you are applying as a non-member, please respond with N/A in the application field that asks for membership ID. All applications are collected online.

Upon acceptance to the program, there is a required program fee of $350 per person. Included with your participation is:
– All class materials (offered digitally)
– A certificate of completion at the close of the course.
