Development 360°
Development 360 is a mentoring program for ULI Young Leaders (35 & under) that provides an in-depth case study of one of Denver’s most exciting real estate projects, facilitated by a prominent Denver developer. The program provides a detailed overview of a real estate project, from start to finish. Participants will also develop long lasting professional relationships through close collaboration with other Denver real estate professionals.
About the program:

The program provides a detailed overview of a real estate project, from start to finish. Participants will also develop long lasting professional relationships through close collaboration with other Denver real estate professionals.
The 2022 Development 360 program will be taught by Chris Lonigro, Founder and President of Generation Development. The course will focus on Chris’s newest development The Victor.
About Chris Lonigro:
Chris Lonigro is the managing member of Generation Development, which he founded in 2009. Generation Development is a privately held real estate developer headquartered in Denver, Colorado, that acquires, develops, builds, and sells commercial, residential and mixed-use properties primarily located in the Denver metropolitan area. The company’s specialty is in developing condominiums and mixed-use buildings. Grounded in a conservative approach to property acquisition and a respect for Denver’s distinctive charm, Generation Development creates projects that embrace the fabric of the surrounding neighborhoods and have lasting value for generations to come. Recent projects include The Arbory in City Park; 2926 LoHi; The Victor in City Park West; Dakota Flats in Boulder; Ogden Flats in Capital Hill; Goss Corner in Lower Highlands; Clay 28 in Jefferson Park; and LoHi Flats.
Chris is actively involved with a variety of neighborhood groups in Denver including the Bienvenidos Food Bank and Blessed Sacrament Catholic School. A licensed contractor in Denver. He studied Construction Management at Colorado State University and resides in Denver with his wife and their two children.

Development 360 Program Goals:
- In-depth and detailed sharing of best practices and pitfalls within the development process.
- Seed future understanding of basic development principles and practices that leads to better projects.
- Provide a collegial and non-competitive atmosphere to learn and grow within your respective fields.
- Expand professional network and build relationships with peers and senior real estate leaders.
Development 360 Participant Requirements:
- Participants must be ULI “Young leader” (have a current membership and age 35 or under)
- Participants should commit to attending all sessions.
- Accepted applicants are required to submit the program fee upon invoice and before the first session date.
- Accepted applicants should keep their ULI Membership current for the duration of the program.
- Any proprietary information or industry secrets shared in this room shall not leave the room.
- Program participants should be prepared to spend time on sessions outside of class hours in the form of reading assignments or worksheets.
- The Development 360 program is participatory. With assistance from ULI staff, the Developer/ Facilitator, and the program planning committee, the group and its leadership plan content and activities at each of the scheduled sessions.
- Although this is an industry meeting among industry peers, it is educational in nature. No overt marketing of a firm and its services is permitted. This is a place to build relationships, learn about the development process, and share best practices.

Please have your ULI Membership ID, a current biography, and letter of support from a current or former manager ready in order to complete this application. You may purchase a ULI Membership or obtain membership information by calling ULI Membership services at 1-800-321-5011 or by emailing [email protected]. Please note that non-members are still eligible to apply, though upon acceptance they will be required to join. If you are applying as a non-member, please respond with N/A in the application field that asks for membership ID. All applications are collected online.
A letter of support from a real estate professional or colleague is required. Letters of support should be uploaded to the online application. For any issues or questions, please email [email protected].
Upon acceptance to the program, there is a required program fee of $350 per person. Included with your participation is:
– All class materials (offered digitally)
– A certificate of completion at the close of the course.

- Session 5: Tuesday, November 29th, 4pm-6pm
- Program Closing & Party: Tuesday, December 6th, 5pm-6:30pm
