Testimonials:
“Thanks to the ULI Colorado team, EJSS mentors and sponsors for investing in the next generation of real estate professionals. The ESS program provided invaluable opportunities to network with like-minded peers, learn from experienced mentors and industry experts, and get a first-hand look at the vibrant real estate industry in Colorado. I highly recommend all students interested in real estate, land use, or urban planning apply for this program!”

“The Etkin Student Scholar program is an excellent opportunity for students to begin a career-long involvement with the Urban Land Institute (ULI). I applied to the program to supplement academic coursework in real estate development with real-world learning. I recommended the ESS program to fellow students because of the fantastic opportunities to learn from and network with Denver’s real estate development professionals.”
