Congratulations to Susan Powers of Urban Ventures LLC. She has been selected as the Legacy Award winner for lifetime achievement in the 2019 ULI Impact awards. Below, awards committee co-chair Stacy Stout delivers to the news to Susan at Mercantile. She has been a Denver force through her work at DURA and through housing/infill projects such as Fire Clay Lofts, Aria Denver, and Steam on the Platte. Active in community affairs, Sue has co-chaired two ULI Colorado committees and helped launch the ULI/Colorado Health Foundation Building Healthy Places Initiative in 2013.
