Pathways to Inclusion
The Pathways to Inclusion Initiative is designed to broaden ULI membership and expand the professional networks of people of color in real estate and land use professions in Colorado. We believe that by diversifying our membership we can better fulfill our organization’s mission to create and sustain thriving communities.
What is the Pathways to Inclusion Initiative?
The Pathways to Inclusion Initiative will provide up to 25 people of color a full scholarship to the 2021 ULI Virtual Spring Meeting from May 10 – 12, 2021, in addition to a free one-year ULI Associate Membership. Membership and Spring Meeting registration are valued at more than $1,000.
The Spring Meeting is the annual gathering of around 4,000 of ULI’s most engaged members. These real estate leaders span industry sectors and geographic regions. Their discussions – on the post-pandemic economy, urban migration, diversity equity and inclusion, and climate change – will determine the future of the built environment.
After Spring Meeting, the program will provide additional opportunities to reinforce access and engagement as a ULI member throughout the year.
