Sparking Downtown Revitalization – A Program Series
Like many cities throughout the US, Denver’s downtown was significantly disrupted by the shift to hybrid work in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Less daily foot traffic in the central downtown neighborhood district has negatively impacted downtown residents, retail, small businesses, public open space, transportation, and public safety. The shift in demand for office space in downtown Denver, along with other Downtowns throughout the metro area, has impacted the ecosystem that is essential to not just the city’s economy, but the entirety of the Colorado region.
During this series ULI Colorado members and local experts will discuss where we are, where we’re going, and the light at the end of the tunnel. View the (3) event themes below. Further details on each event are available on included registration pages.
