    Join us for the 2023 Impact Awards Celebration! With over 300 attendees, this event is held every other year and is an evening full of prominent recognition and gratitude.

     

    ULI Colorado’s Impact Awards are based on the ULI Awards for Excellence, the most highly respected international program of land use awards. As with the ULI awards for excellence, ULI Colorado will recognize projects that realize ULI best practices while also providing successful business and economic models. The 2023 Impact Awards will be held on October 18th at The Seawell Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts and will feature project and personal awards in 7 different categories. Project award categories return as Innovation, Infill, Influence, Inspire, and the Inclusive award. Personal award categories return as the Legacy Award for Lifetime Achievement, recognizing a seasoned professional with 20+ years of extraordinary achievements and the Rising Star, recognizing an industry leader under 35 who has made a contribution “beyond their years.”
     

    Important Outline of Schedule:

    • 3:30PM - Registration/Check-in open
    • 4:00PM - Pre-show Cocktail Hour, all welcome, not required
    • 5:30PM - Registration/Check-in closed
    • 5:15PM - Dinner Service Starts
    • 5:30PM - Showtime
    • 9:15PM - Bar Last Call

    Other Event Details & Arrival Times:

    • All attendees should arrive by 4:30PM at the latest to Check-in at the Seawell Ballroom Lobby
    • For those of you registered by someone other than yourself, ensure to have your registration confirmation email available to guarantee entry to the event. If you are a guest of sponsor or table purchaser – ensure you were listed on their respective table forms given to ULI Colorado
    • All designated Category sponsor personnel, who are presenting at the event, should arrive early at 3:00PM (if you would like to do a practice run, not required)
    • Registration/Check-in will be available between 3:30PM-5:00PM
    • We ask all attendees, especially those that are finalists, to stay for the duration event to support all winners
    • All changes regarding table attendees (Sponsors and Purchasers) must be submitted vie email to [email protected] by 10AM, October 17th to guarantee entry to the event.
    • If you coordinated the table attendees ensure all receive this information and know the table name for check-in (ex. Name of the firm that purchased the table)
    • Parking is available at the Denver Performing Arts Center and other parking structures nearby
    • Business or cocktail attire preferred, but not required
    All table registration details such as invoicing, payment, and attendees are due by October 11th
