ULI Colorado: The Emergence of Mass Timber: What it is and Where it’s Going (Sold Out)
The utilization of mass timber is one of the fastest-growing trends emerging in the construction and development industries, offering a strong, sustainable alternative to traditional building materials. Join the ULI Colorado Discovery Committee in exploring the pros and cons of mass timber development. Attendees will tour T3 RiNo, a 235K square-foot mass timber office and retail project by Hines and hear from a panel of experts on the many benefits and challenges of this increasingly popular building material. A networking happy hour will follow the panel.
This is an active construction site so please wear closed-toed shoes and long sleeves. If you have your own PPE please bring it! This will help ensure that we have enough for everyone.
