ULI Colorado Young Leaders Group presents the quarterly Detour of the AMLI Broadway Park followed by a Happy Hour. The detour will be led by Amy Weber with AMLI. This event is hosted by the YLG group of ULI Colorado but open to everyone! Only 25 spots available.
AMLI Broadway Park is a thoughtfully designed 373-unit mixed-use apartment community located in the Broadway Park Metro District (https://www.broadwaypark.com/vision/ [nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com] [nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com]).
The project features 14,000 square feet of ground floor retail, 2,000 square feet of coworking space and state-of-the-art unit and amenity design including fitness center, exterior courtyards with mountain views, and a rooftop library. The project is uniquely positioned adjacent to a 20,000 square foot public plaza called the Mercado, which will include various programs throughout the year, such as food trucks, live music, and farmers markets. Phase 1 completed in December 2022 and residents have begun to occupy the building. Phase 2 is scheduled to complete in March 2023. The project is targeting LEED Gold.
