ULI Colorado DeTour & Happy Hour: The Burrell
ULI Colorado Young Leaders Group presents the quarterly DeTour of the The Burrell Condos. This event is hosted by the YLG group of ULI Colorado but is open to everyone!
Join us in exploring The Burrell, a 49-unit permanently affordable for-sale condominium project, the second of its kind in Denver and a critical addition to a neighborhood experiencing rapid gentrification. The community is a mix of 14 one-bedroom, 27 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom homes. This development is a partnership between local non-profits with a mission of providing permanently affordable homeownership opportunities and Shanahan Development, a mission-minded local developer.
The tour will be given by developer Jeff Shanahan, owner of Shanahan Development.
Where We Meet:
We will meet in the front of the building on 35th and Chestnut. Tour will begin promptly at 4:45 pm.
Parking:
There is street parking available all Chestnut or along 36th near Number Thirty Eight.
